According to OpANAF no. 435/2021, the connection of electronic fiscal marking machines is carried out starting from 31.03.2021. The economic operators who have electronic fiscal marking devices installed in areas served by the communication networks have the obligation to take the necessary steps to connect them to the MF-ANAF computer system.
This service covers the maintenance costs of the GSM communication module of the fiscal printer so that the data transmission is carried out to the ANAF server automatically.
The service is invoiced for a period of 12 months.
