With the UPGRADE service you can return your device within 30 days after purchase, at no cost, if you found that you need a superior model. For cash registers already functional for tax purposes, you will have to pay the cost of the fiscal memory to be delivered to the Tax Administration. For machines older than 30 days, depending on the wear, you will receive for the old unit returned 25% to 50% of the price of a new unit.
