The delivery of the equipment is free for all main cities. You have also free delivery for most of the orders over RON 200, VAT included, for consumables and accessories (cables, adaptors etc.).
The delivery of the equipment is made directly by the personnel of SEDONA in our areas of coverage (Bucharest, Ilfov County, Constanta County) and by courier in the other counties. For localities where the courier companies do not have representative offices, you have two options:
- - Pick up the package at the nearest representative offices of a courier
- - Pay the additional km billable by the courier
Installation of the POS management system is performed by SEDONA representatives anywhere in the country.
For cash registers and fiscal printers we provide the following free services:
- - In the areas of coverage of SEDONA (Bucharest, Ilfov County, Constanta County), you can request a free presentation at your premises of several equipment, so that you can chose what suits you best.
- - Delivery and support in preparing the fiscalization file
- - In certain counties, our personnel or our partners can file for you with the GDPF the fiscalization file. In Bucharest, we will need a power-of-attorney legalized by a notary or a lawyer for us to handle the filing.
- - Fiscalization of the POS system by SEDONA technicians or by our partners.
- - Personnel training
- - Item input in the memory of the cash register
- - Installation of drivers and peripheral devices (cash drawer, code reader, scales)
- - Equally, we can deliver for free the plates with the mandatory inscriptions “Please keep the receipt” and Consumer Protection Office contact data, as well as connection cables for certain devices.
For complex POS systems we provide the following free services:
- - Consultancy and presentation at your premises or by Internet or telephone
- - Delivery, plus implementation at you premises for a charge
- - Fiscalization of the POS system, with the submission of the fiscalization file with the GDPF in certain counties
- - Equally, we can deliver for free the plates with the mandatory inscriptions “Please keep the receipt” and Consumer Protection Office contact data, as well as connection cables for certain devices.
The warranty for the equipment is warranted as follows:
- - At the SEDONA offices in Bucharest and Constanta
- - At the offices of our partners (in every county)
- - Delivery by courier to the SEDONA office in Bucharest. The cost of the transportation to SEDONA is paid by the customer and the return of the product is covered by SEDONA in case of faults under the warranty.
Repair times during and after the warranty period are as follows:
- - 2 working days for ordinary products such as: cash registers, scales, bar code readers, cash drawers, note counting machines, POS printers.
- - Up to 30 days for customizable products such as: All-in-One POS, inventory terminals, labeling scales, platform scales.
Repair times during and after the warranty period are shorter for customers having concluded a service agreement.
