The transport of goods with fiscal risk on the territory of Romania must be accompanied by a declaration that must be in the RO e-Transport system. e-Transport is the national system that monitors the transport of goods with a high fiscal risk on the territory of Romania, ensuring the traceability of goods and, like the e-Invoice system, contributing to the reduction of fiscal evasion and increasing the level of tax collection.

Functionalities of the module connecting the Sedona Retail program to eTransport:

- Possibility to preset according to ANAF VAT rates, units of measure, tariff code of
items to be filled in automatically in the declaration.
- Defining each transport by choosing the type of operation, selecting the supplier and a
to the client, adding the point of departure, arrival and defining the date of the transport.
- Automatic download of the UIT code from the SPV and display of the loading index.
- Displaying the status of the transport operation with the display of warning/error messages.
- Possibility of correcting the transport operation carried out with validation from ANAF SPV.
- Closing the transport order by confirming it on time.
- Possibility of deleting the loaded transport operation from ANAF SPV under certain conditions through ANAF validation.
