When and how to extract the fiscal memory?

The situations in which it is necessary to extract the fiscal memory from the device, and possibly replace it, are the following:

 

      When closing the work point;

      When changing the user (switching the device to another company);

      When filling or failing the fiscal memory;

      Upon closing the company;

      The decision to give up the use of the house for various reasons (can coincide with the above);

Extracting the fiscal memory is done only by an authorized technician, and involves unsealing the fiscal device. The operation is done at the merchant's workplace (if the merchant has a travel contract) or at the headquarters of the service unit.

 

In order to extract the fiscal memory both at the Sedona office and at the client's location, the following documents are required:

 - Form F4105 completed by the company's accountant and submitted on E-guvernare for the reason:

 * E5 ( AMEF Alienation ) when the cash register will be moved to another company;

 * E6 (Other situations) when the cash register is de-taxed for various reasons and remains in the records of the current company;

 - The validation receipt received after submitting the F4105 form, which can be found at https://www.anaf.ro/StareD112/

 - The cash register;

 - The intervention book of the cash register+ the NUI of it;

 

The users of the fiscal machines have the obligation, according to GEO 91 / 30.12.2014, to keep the fiscal memory after its extraction, for 10 years, under appropriate conditions that prevent data deletion.

 

Together with the fiscal memory, the SD card will be archived (the electronic journal / receipt history), as well as a journal printed by the cash register, which contains a totalizer of receipts.

 

 

 The price for the tax clearance service is 150 RON including VAT.

 *Additional costs can be added to this cost depending on the procedures we do in addition.
